The awkward questions

Why not just use ChatGPT?

That answers questions when you ask them. This does work inside your systems, with your data, on a schedule, with nobody watching. The difference isn't the model, it's everything around it.

We tried AI before and it didn't work. Why is this different?

Usually the weak points are brittle handoffs, unclear edge cases, or a setup nobody can inspect. We define those paths before launch and document the decisions, instead of relying on the demonstration case alone.

What if you disappear?

You own the code and the infrastructure. Everything runs on accounts in your name, not ours. It's documented as it's built, and handover is part of the work rather than a favour at the end. If you replaced us tomorrow, the next person inherits something they can read.

How much is this?

A fixed price, quoted in writing after a thirty-minute call, before anything gets built. You approve the number first. We don't publish a figure yet because we'd rather quote something we'll honour than a range we'd have to walk back.

Is my data safe?

We work in your accounts wherever possible, so your data stays where it already lives. We'll sign an NDA before the first call if you want one. Anything we do store gets written down: what, where, and for how long.
