Terms

Terms for using this site.

These cover the website. The terms for actual work are in the written scope you approve before anything gets built, which is where they belong. Last reviewed 13 August 2026.

The terms

Who these are with

This site is operated by Autoril, a trading name based in India. Using the site means accepting what follows.

What’s on the site

The descriptions here explain how we build things and what we would build. They are illustrations, not offers, and not a description of work delivered for any client. Nothing on this site forms a contract. A contract exists only once you have approved a written scope and we have both agreed to it.

We have tried hard to keep every claim on this site accurate and to avoid stating anything we cannot back up. If you find something that reads as a promise we haven’t made, tell us and we will fix the wording.

Booking a call

The calendar is provided by Cal.com and is subject to their terms as well as these. Booking a call commits neither of us to anything beyond the call.

Our material

The text, diagrams and design on this site are ours. You are welcome to quote or link to any of it with attribution. Please don’t reproduce it wholesale as your own — the diagrams in particular took a while.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it up and accurate, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the obligations in a signed scope of work, which stand on their own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the site after that means accepting the updated version.
