What this site collects.

This page explains what happens to your information when you visit autoril.com. Autoril (“we”, “us”) operates autoril.com. If you have any question about anything below, email hello@autoril.com.

• No contact form, no accounts, no sign-up.
• No cookies. No advertising or tracking scripts.
• If you book a call, your details go to Cal.com.
• If you email us, we keep that email.
• We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

What we collect

Visiting the site

Our host, Cloudflare, records standard technical information for every request — including IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is ordinary server logging used to serve the site, protect it from attacks, and keep it online. We do not use it to identify individuals.

Booking a call

Bookings are handled by Cal.com, an external scheduling service. When you book, you provide your name, email address, your chosen time, and an answer to a short question about what you’d like to discuss.

Cal.com collects and stores this on their systems under their own privacy policy, and shares it with us so we can attend the meeting. It is also added to our calendar.

Emailing us

We receive whatever you choose to send — your name, email address, and the contents of your message. Email is handled by Cloudflare Email Routing and stored with our email provider.

Why we hold it

Only to reply to you, hold the meeting you booked, and continue a conversation you started. Under GDPR, the lawful basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us, so we respond.

We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who else sees it

No advertising networks. No data brokers. No third-party trackers.

We may disclose information if legally required to — a court order or equivalent.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. No analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Your theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage on your device and is never sent anywhere.

If you open the embedded booking calendar, Cal.com may set its own cookies within that embed, governed by their policy above.

If this ever changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.

How long we keep things

• Emails and enquiries: up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted.
• Bookings: held by Cal.com under their retention policy.
• Server logs: held by Cloudflare under their retention policy.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it.

Email hello@autoril.com and we’ll action it within 30 days. No charge, no reason needed.

If you’re in the EU or UK, GDPR also gives you the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If you’re in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you equivalent rights, and you may raise a grievance with us at the address above.

International transfers

We operate from India. The services above operate globally, so if you contact us from the EU, UK, or elsewhere, your information will be processed outside your country. Our providers use standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

Security

Our email, hosting, and booking accounts are protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. The site is served over HTTPS.

No system is perfectly secure. We keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small, which is the most effective protection there is.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

Updated versions are posted here with a new date. Material changes are made before the practice they describe begins, not after.
